If you are located in the United States, you should expect your order to arrive anywhere from 4-7 business days after purchase. This time includes 1-2 days for print and fulfillment, as well as 3-5 days of shipping transit time. Our team works hard to get orders sent out from our facility as quickly as possible!
In order to ensure your the best quality poster, please follow these guidelines when uploading your image files:
FILE TYPE: .JPG/JPEG or .PNG
SIZE: 1375px x 2125px or above
ORIENTATION: Portrait (2:3)
Images that do not meet these specifications will be cropped, pixelated, and/or resized. We are not responsible for the image quality and resolution of the image file you submit. We will print exactly what you upload so make sure to upload each image correctly.

Unfortunately, all mail couriers are experiencing operational issues due to the pandemic. Many of the mail couriers who pick up our packages aren’t scanning them, resulting in the incorrect tracking information. If you do not receive your package within 4-10 business days and the tracking information for your order has not been updated, please contact our support team at email@example.com. We will do our best to make sure you receive your order!
As stated above, all mail couriers are experiencing operational issues due to the pandemic. This has resulted in changes in the speed of shipping for some orders. Our team is working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible, however, we have no control over packages once they are sent out from our facility. We understand how frustrating this may be and would like to apologize on their behalf. If you paid for express shipping and are experiencing a delay in the shipment of your order, please reach out to our firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
If your order was marked as delivered by the mail courier and you have not received a package, please check all possible delivery locations and allow at least 24 hours to pass. If you still cannot locate your package, a claim will have to be filed to locate your missing package and to update the status of the tracking information. Once we receive an update on the status and can confirm the delivery failed or was lost in transit, we’ll be able to get a replacement sent out to you free of charge. Once the steps outlined above are completed, contact us for your replacement order.
Please reach out to us if you receive your order and it is damaged or missing items from your order. We will send a replacement upon verification of the claim.
